Yesterday, 2/15/24, I tried to send successive emails (7) that had large MB attachments but, they are still in my outbox and I want to delete or cancel them. How do I do that? I use Mail on my MacBook Air with OS 12.7.3.

Finally Shut it Down and waited 20 minutes and it cleared them out!

Disconnect from the Internet then delete the emails from the outbox.
It didn't do anything. The emails are still in my Outbox. Any other suggestions?
How do I stop outgoing emails that have been in my Outbox for more than 24 hours?
