Purchase History Changes in macOS Sonoma 14.3.1?

I haven't bought any media from apple for quite a while but last night I purchased two albums from the music app. I was sad to see they still don't email a receipt right away. I don't understand why since any other website will send one right away but it always takes apple so long. That is not my issue here though.

I wanted to go to my Account Settings in the music app and then Purchases to see it where I might be able to see the receipt and save it. This is when I noticed yet another terrible change to macOS coming from iOS. Before I could see a larger window even resize it showing my purchases. I couldn't even get to this on the TV app. When I go to Account Settings and click on it nothing happens.

In the music app I was able to see the purchases but on my Mac and its larger screen, the window for my purchases was the size of my small iPhone SE. It turned into a iOS sized window and I'm so tired of macOS ending up with these changes. I can't even navigate it or view info like I could before. I still can get to the same info it seems but I don't know why they made the window so small. It's as if I was holding my 2016 iPhone SE to the screen and it is that large. Why to small?

I am running macOS Sonoma 14.3.1 on a 2018 Intel Mac mini.
