It was removed only on new Apple Watches which were sold after January 18th 2024 on Series 9 and Ultra 2 watches. I have Apple Watch Ultra 1, which still has full access to the Blood Oxygen app on my Apple Watch. And we also have a Series 9 watch purchased in November, which too has access to the app.

The Blood Oxygen app is an Apple Watch app, not an iPhone app. What Apple Watch model do you own, where do you live and when did you buy the watch?
