How to connect an Apple Watch with new email?

Hello, I wanted to make a request. The apple watch that I own, I can't remove the apple email that it has because the watch belonged to my older brother, he has now bought a newer apple watch and he gave his Apple watch series 3 to me, but the apple email

How can I log in to my new Apple Account on Apple Watch? I purchased an Apple Watch 11 today and it seemed to pair well. But after some set up I was asked to “sign in to complete purchase”. Another note said to login to Apple account but then lists my old Apple account. The old Apple account was used on my iPhone but was tied to a prior work but after leaving I changed the account. when I look on the paired iPhone I see it has my new email. why did it pair to this old Apple account? how can I login? wrong email and can not go into my watch because it has to pair first I am trying to pair a new apple watch but when I start to pair it, it automatically syncs to my ex husband's email that I haven't used for 5 years. I have my own apple id on all of my devices with my own email. It won't allow me to change the email it just wants me to put the password in to the wrong email. I can't go to "my watch " to adjust it because it needs to be paired first. Any thoughts?

Ask your brother to sign into that account and remove the watch from his account.

You mean he has a new account?

You will struggle with that.

He will have to do this

If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support

then remove the watch from that account.

The apple id that is on the watch we don’t have the password that is the main problem
