Going to google Australia.

When I took VPN some IP Addresses changed. So my iPad went from Safari to google search, I do not have a google account. But I saw Australia below left in the google site. I live in the Netherlands and I am not interested in Australia or shopping there. How can I change to the Netherlands in google?
