Shared password groups are not showing up

Im on Sonoma 14.3.1 and I recently restored my Mac. I'm using a Macbook air 2019. I have multiple password groups that are shared with me and they are no longer showing up in my passwords list. They were showing just fine before I restored my Mac. I'm signed in with the same Apple ID, I have iCloud Keychain turned on in settings and the shared groups are showing just fine on my phone. When I create a new shared group on my Mac, it shows on my phone too, but none of the other groups are showing for me.

I've tried restarting, disabling and re enabling Passwords & Sharing from the iCloud settings, signing out and back in to iCloud. What should I try next?
