Charging 12 Pro using 5W Adepter from my old 7plus

Charging 12 Pro using 5W Adepter from my old 7plus, is harm my device or battery in anyway? I know its not supporting fast charge, and Slow charge is fine for me. I want to know is it harm my device in any way? Please share experience if anyone have
