power adapter and plug

Hi there, I recently bought a MacBook Pro (M3 Pro chip 14 inch model) in the State and I live in England. The new MBP comes with 96W USB-C power adapter (a2166) (USB-C to MagSafe 3 Cable). My old MBP was purchased in England. My question is, can I use my old (A1556) head plug into A2166 adapter to charge my new MBP when I get back to England? Sounds like a silly question but rather to be safe than sorry.

Thanks in advance.

Notice the brick has a gap next to where it says 96W. If you pull out the two prong plug and replace it with your house shaped connector you should be able to use it in the UK, if that was used in the UK before. It spills over the brick in terms of shape, but that's how they make their bricks.
