I really want to buy an apple watch ultra 2 in India but now I am not sure because of the ban. It is still available online but will it stop having the Blood oxygen sensor in any future update in India as well? Or will it get stopped globally through a software update in the future? I am concerened about it's longetivity.

It is only for US imports. The lawsuit does not apply to anywhere else and is not something you would need to be concerned about
There is no ban in India as far as I know. Only in the U.S.
