Apple TV, can't Authorize Computer, can't Deauthorize All, impossible loop

When I attempt to authorize my computer (MB Air M1 Sonoma) inside of Apple TV or Apple Music, it says that "The maximum of 5 computers has been reached". Ok, fine. So I go into the account information area, where is says "One computer is authorized" (huh??) and there is NO Deauthorize All button. I've tried logging into TV app or Music app on multiple Macs using my Apple ID and get the same result.

Again, can't Authorize because Apple thinks there are 5 computers already authorized. That might have been true at one time, I've had this Apple ID for a while, several computers have been wiped and disposed of, are no longer available. But then I can't Deauthorize all because in the Account Information area it thinks there is only one computer authorized.

Note this Apple ID is part of Family Sharing, I wonder if that is causing the confused loop?

Any ideas?

I am having a similar issue but different. The TV app on my MacBook Pro is not bringing up my account settings, I then "authorize" the computer, it tells me it has previously been authorized and is now authorized, but then it does not actually authorize it and it will not even pull up my account settings 9 out of 10 attempts. Occasionally after restarting, I can get to account settings but then when I go to manage purchased items it opens up the music app and does not connect me to the TV management.
