Hi. So, my partner and I are moving to Brazil and I want us both to buy new Apple Watches with cellular functionality before we move (since Apple products are significantly less expensive in the U.K. than in Brazil).
But I’ve heard that U.K. watches may not function on cellular networks outside of Europe… so therefore they wouldn’t receive calls or texts in the South America region. Is this true?
So therefore would I have to purchase in Brazil anyway?

from what I've heard than there are 2 types the ones that works in usa, canada and mexico and a type that works everywhere else
