I lost my phone and i can’t unpair my watch from it..

I recently lost my phone in China, i am in Australia now so there is no chance of getting my phone back, i got a new one but my apple watch is still paired to my old one. I tried going to iCloud and unpairing from there but my watch wasn’t on the list of my devices.. Is my watch ununpairable now?
