I can't deauthorise old computers from apple music

I can't authorise my new-ish Mac. When I try, it says that five computers are already authorised. But when I go to Account Information, it just says that One machine is authorised to play content etc. No option to de-authorise

It came back and said, "Including this one, you have authorized 5 computers out of your available 5." I'm pretty sure I don't have 5 computers, so I want to see which computers are authorized and then deauthorize any that are no longer relevant. However, when I go into the Apple Music app and select Account Settings, it says "One machine is authorized to play content purchased with this account," and there is no button for "Deauthorize All" in order to reset everything. So I guess the question is, why does Apple think I have 5 authorized computers but is also telling me that only 1 is currently authorized? [Re-Titled By Moderator]

cannot find the deauthorize button, only says 1 computer authorized I try to authorize my new laptop on the music app, and it says I can't because there are already five computers authorized. The apple site says to go to the store in music and get settings. From there you should be able to de-authorize particular computers. But in the settings, it only lists one computer as authorized, and there's no "deauthorize all" button.

Can't authorize or deauthorize my apple music account I tried to buy a song on Apple Music and it wouldn't download because my mac "hasn't been authorized". In Apple Music/Account/Authorizations/Authorize this computer I get a notice that I already have 5 computers authorized. But under Apple Music/Account Information/Computer Authorizations it says "one machine is authorized to play content with this account". There is no button to "Deauthorize all". Right now, I'm stuck. I can't download and I can't change any authorization status info. Appreciate any help. --Dave
