I have an old video clip that works with quick time player, but when I try to insert into a new PowerPoint presentation, only first picture comes over audio plays but no video, any help please, TIA
PowerPoint is Microsoft product so I'd ask there.
...meanwhile, try to export it as H.264 video & AAC audio wrapped as .mp4 with Handbrake or Shutter Encoder and try that with PowerPoint.

Use VLC.
That doesn’t help with insertion into PowerPoint, which was said to be the goal.
