My Apple ID is locked, how I can unlock it?

When using the account recovery process it could take up to 72 hours before the email arrives. This will depend on the information you are able to provide and what options you have set up on your account for recovery. If your Apple ID is @iCloud.com email address, you will not be able to get the email, since you no longer have access to it. You will need to do 1 of these 3 steps to reset your Password. Apple does not know your password, so they are unable to give it to you or use it to unlock your device. That can only be done by you.
