How to get Paramount activation code on my iPhone?

Usually third party services provide codes through their website. The app should tell you the exact URL where to get that.

Note that this is for subscriptions started with Paramount+ directly (e.g. on the web), not through Apple. Subscriptions with payment through Apple work differently, and wouldn’t use activation codes.
