How can I connect my iPhone to a Google Chromebook to receive calls and texts?

I can't figure out a way to do this, can someone help me?

You cannot connect your iPhone to a Chromebook because those devices operate upon incompatible operating systems. There is no bridge software created for these two operating systems to connect.

I have tried KDE Connect on the Linux Development Environment, but that will not work my iPhone cannot find the Chromebook. Though this has worked for some people.
