I ordered a watch from the online and have never received it. I cannot get a refund as I cannot send the watch back as I never received it. I ordered tha watch while I was in Austria but I am now back in Seychelles and cannot contact anyone at Apple as the 0800 numbers do not work. How can i contact someone and how can I get this resolved
Hi Paulfamilyseychelles, For a refund, I think you would have to contact Apple Support ... you can click the "Get Support" link at the top of this page.
OR
You could sign in with your Apple ID, or the order number, and try to "find your order" to see if there has been a slip up ?
i have and while i was in London I spoke to apple as I could connect from there to their 0800 number. They initiated a return to sender (Apple store) with UPS and all it says is return to sender and the status has not changed since then. The item has gone missing somewhere and thats the long and short of it.
