Memory Low - Crashing My Games

So basically while I’m playing a game, a Memory Low pops up and after about 5secs, it closes my game. The problem is that, I have no clue how to fix it. Weird thing is that it never showed up when I have 40k+ photos, but suddenly after deleting 30k photos, it’s doing this and closing my game. The actual game runs smoothly and I don’t even lag, it just randomly pops up and I instantly can just reopen the game and it’s fine. Idk how I’m suppose to check what my memory is at, if I can even do that.
