Audio Midi set up is very slow to open

iMac Pro, macOS 14.3
I installed Etrecheck and it helped me to clean lots of old material, also in the Login Items.
It's working much better now.

The problem is that Audio Midi app is really slow to open, and so some other applications, after upgrading to Sonoma, especially when I open them the first time of the day. It's on a IMac Pro, 32 GB. Thanks again

There is no separate download. You would have to reinstall Sonoma. Any more details you care to share?
