Apple Pay using work email

Recently, confirmation for two online purchases with Apple Pay went to my work email address. I just started working and have never used that email address for purchases. When I check under Settings—>Wallet & Apple Pay, it has my correct personal email address. Why did this happen? How do I fix it? TIA
