Still Can't Move Tickets Into My Wallet

I have been trying to move Ticketmaster and MLB Ballpark tickets into my Apple Wallet. It seems like it transfers but never shows up in the wallet. I've read every forum and tried every solution but nothing. I force closed it. I shut down and rebooted. I updated the software to 17.3. I called Ticketmaster. In another thread someone was insistent that the 17.2 upgrade fixed that but he was wrong!!! I never used to have this issue and actually was able to move one ticket from Ticketmaster in today. Could it be that the other tickets I'm trying to move are for a previously canceled show that was rescheduled? Shouldn't be. They're like brand new tickets with only the current show info. Also AXS tickets say they're non-compatible with my wallet due to the changing QR code. HELP!

I've had the same problem, anytime someone transferred tickets to me and I accepted in Ticketmaster. I would see a pop up to add to Apple Wallet, but when I closed that nothing else was there to add it. I just figured out if you open MLB App and link them, you can then add the tickets to Apple Wallet thru the MLB APP. Convoluted Yes, but it worked.

Leaving them in Ticketmaster was a pain, as it always times out before you get to the gate.

The Ticketmaster app is notorious for not working. Some users report success using the Ticketmaster website rather than the app and adding them from there.

For some reason MLB doesn't allow barcodes to be retrieved until 2 hours before the game - which means you can’t add your tickets to your wallet until then. IDK if this is a new policy or if it’s always been that way for single game ticket purchases? It was never that way with season ticket orders.

If the app isn’t working, check the Apple App Store for updates. Make sure your iPhone is running latest iOS version and then do a forced restart.

The changing QR code certainly could be an issue because of security concerns. How are you trying to add the tickets, from a website, email?

I can only access the actual tickets through the mobile app with MLB Ballpark. I can see my orders online etc but not actual tickets.

Is your iPhone on the latest iOS? Have you done a forced restart (not just turning iPhone off and on)?

I also just tried several times to add MLB tickets to my Apple wallet from the desktop MLB website. The MLP website says the tickets have been added to my Wallet but the tickets do not show up in my wallet on my iPhone. My phone is fully updated. I have rebooted my my Mac and my iPhone. How do I fix this?

This is a problem for me as well. I can place tickets in my apple wallet from other sources but not the MLB Ballpark APP. It was working but now it does not work. Any suggestions on how to fix this?
