App Dynamics found in my Downloaded Files on my Iphone

I have recently found app dynamics files downloaded in my files on my iPhone without any knowledge of downloading them file names are:

ServerSideConfig.JSON &

Saltsdk_is_first_load (unknown file type)

it’s made me very concerned can someone please urgently advise what, how & why these files/app dynamics would be on my iPhone and are they being used to spy on iPhone activities and screen? Please help.

Random files keep popping up when I use banking app or other apps I was worried my phone has a virus or spyware due to downloading a video from a converter site. I haven’t seen any super suspicious activity, but after reading about the dangers I got paranoid. I factory reset my phone this morning, but when I use certain apps, random files appear in here. Can a external downloaded app cause malware on my iPad? I downloaded an external app. Is there a chance of getting malware? But I know it won't because iOS has very good security measures, sandbox system, etc. [Re-Titled by Moderator]
