Apple Pencil Double Tap Issue in Sidecar Mode

Hey everyone,

I've been having trouble with the double tap feature on my Apple Pencil when using Sidecar mode on my Mac. Even after enabling the option in settings, it doesn't seem to consistently work.

Anyone else experiencing this? Any tips or tricks to get it working?

Apple Pencil for Drawing on Sidecar Hello, I and using my iPad as sidecar but facing issues with Apple Pencil. I can use Apple Pencil to tap on menu and actions but can't use it for drawing in Notes or Apple Freeform app. Any idea if it's an issue with Sidecar configuration or is it because Notes and Freeform app don't support Apple Pencil drawing?

Apple Pencil Pro gesture settings not sticking Just in case anyone else encounters this: If your Apple Pencil Pro and iPad Pro M4 won’t accept your settings for the Pencil’s Squeeze and Double Tap gestures (they both still show as Off, no matter which options you choose), go to Settings > Accessibility > Apple Pencil, and enable Double Tap Gesture. It’s a master cut-off switch for both gestures. You’ll then be able to choose options for those gestures in Settings > Apple Pencil.
