Macbook Air M1, 2020 Flexgate,TCON. board issue

i bought a macbook air M1 2020 version in 2020, and after 1 and half year, it started giving me black screens, and then i did some homework and got to know the source of the issue, it with the Flexgate and TCON board that connecting the LCD to motherboard, and i went to apple service center and they are charging me 40000rs for display replacement, even if i informed them the issue is with the small part and that can be repaired, they are fixating on screen replacement, i see the same issue is covered for free for macbook pro models, but apple should also consider that the same issue is occuring for macbook air models too
