Find My shows some devices as paused

When I have Find My app opened it will randomly show devices as paused. If I clerk on the device it will update the location. Does anyone know why this is happpening?

Find My Anyone have issues with Find My not refreshing locations since iOS 16? I have to completely close out the app quite a few times just for it to refresh.

Find my app not tracking live Our phones are not tracking live. It seems to be after latest update 18.2.1. Tried everything suggested but nothing changes. It’s been working well so far, any advice please.
