I was wondering if i can still get a refund after opening the box of the watch, all I used was the charger, but i was wondering if i can still get a refund as long as i turn in everything without damage?

If you purchased your Apple Watch brand new from an Apple Store or Authorized Apple Retailer within the last fourteen days, you should be able to receive a refund.
As long as there is no damage and you are within the return policy period (14 days with Apple. Check the policy for wherever you purchased from if it wasn’t Apple) you should be able to. Some places do charge a restocking fee (return policy should state if they do).
