Can't remove MLS subscription from Apple TV subscriptions

Like many, I got a T-Mobile MLS season pass and added it to my Apple TV app on the AppleTV set top box.

However, that pass is going to expire in a few days (2/24).

I tried to follow the Apple instructions on how to unsubscribe, but there's no such option.

I can only choose to renew.

I've also tried to unsubscribe from an iPad with the Apple TV app too, but no luck there either.

On my Mac Mini, there's no Cancel option. The Apple support page says if there's no Cancel, then the subscription should be cancelled already but I clearly see that it's expiring 2/24.

1) Will the subscription just auto expire? Or will it some how auto renew?

2) Is it possible to remove it before the subscription expires so that it doesn't have a chance to auto renew?
