I used to have iOS 16, but I have updated it to iOS 17, but I don’t like iOS 17 so I want to transfer back to iOS 16 or 15 if that is possible which I think it is

It is not possible to go backwards once you're updated. Downgrading has never been supported by Apple.
You cannot downgrade iOS.
Apple does not support downgrading to a lower version of iOS. You will have to work with iOS 17.
