Apple Support's online article: Change the language and region on iPhone - Apple Support

says:

"Go to Settings  > General > Language & Region."

"To add another language and keyboard to your iPhone, tap Add Language, then select a language."

What language do you want added exactly?

Apple publishes the current user interface language support at

iOS and iPadOS - Feature Availability - Apple

Only Apple can add more. To ask them to do that, use
