How do I add an AppleTV 4k into apple buisness manager without Apple Configurator

Recently my organization purchased a large order of Apple TVs through the Apple business manager portal. After setting them all up, one was defective and needed to be replaced. We went to an Apple store and got it replaced, however, it does not show up in Apple business manager. When I asked about that in-store, they said that they could not do that in-store. Is there a way to do this without the Apple configurator since the USB-C port was removed on the new Apple TVs?
