Is there a way to update my iPhone 7 with iOS 16.7 ?

I have an iPhone 7 and want to take advantage of some AI features available in programs Consensus and Arc search. I tried to download and both tell me I need an iOS of 16.2 or better.

Unfortunately, that model is not compatible with iOS 16 or higher.
