Unable to receive or make calls on Apple Watch

I realised i was not receiving calls on my watch , i did factory reset many time in between i had problems of putting in credentials for airtel ( i dont know what that is ) and finally after one day when my airtel plan was activated again , i am not able to make calls and message and use internet on my watch ( when i turn my phone on airplane mode and turn of my wifi and Bluetooth. Someone please guide me .

Have you unpaired your Apple Watch from your iPhone and then tried pairing it back again with your iPhone? If you have tried this and the cellular service on your Apple Watch still does not work, then contact AirTel and ask them about the service to your Apple Watch. They should be able to direct you in the right direction.

i did contact airtel , i was able to load the cellular plan on my watch which was earlier not happening after i unpaired my watch … again now plan is active on my watch but I’m not able to make calls etc. can there be a hardware issue ( i mean the part in the watch which is responsible for cellular connections )

Yes, there may be a hardware issue that we cannot troubleshoot in this forum. The chances of this being a software issue are greater than that of being a hardware issue.
