I'll be on my laptop, and then randomly, this pop-up will appear even if I watch YouTube. It only disappears when I click on my name, but It'll return a few minutes later. How do I stop this?

It's kind of embarrassing, but yeah, restarting did the trick (for now).
A family member is seeing this as well on an M2 mini with Sonoma 14.4.1. No obvious program causing it (ie. A field lined up with that box). Open apps include:
try restarting your MacBook or force quit some apps
Weird contact pop up keeps coming up. How do i turn it off?
