Beats Fit Pro no longer work with iPhone since 17.3.1 update

My beats fit pro no longer work/connect with my iPhone. I've reset them using the little button inside the box, re-pairing works 50% of the time. If I manage pair them I can use them, but once back in the box, same problem all over. Take them out and they won't connect. Have to go through the reset which works 50% of the time if at all. I've had them for some time and worked fine, they pair just fine with my wife iPhone on iOS 16.

Power Beats Pro & Beats Fit Pro - Continuously Disconnect and Reconnect to iPhone I have a pair of Power Beats Pro and Beats Fit Pro that I pair with either my work iPhone or personal iPhone. Typically the Power Beats with my personal phone and the Beats Fit with my work phone. When I first connect them, either pair will stay connected and work seamlessly for 10-20 minutes. Then they will go through a cycle of disconnecting and reconnecting for 5-10 minutes. I can turn the blue tooth on/off multiple times, etc and it will continue to disconnect and reconnect at least 5+ times. Either pair will then stay disconnected until I reconnect and it will work as supposed to for the rest of the day. Any idea how to fix this issue?

Beats Flex not connecting or discoverable I'm having trouble connecting my beats flex. My phone is up to date, I tried forget device and then reset them now a few times. Now Beats Flex is not even showing up on my Bluetooth options at all! Are these just toast?!
