My 13 year old son has not used his ipad in two years so I plan to take it over. He does not remeber either his ipad passcode or his apple ID password. My phone number is recovery. I have tried to restore however need this information and followed apple's instructions. Apple's only solution is they will send information to my son's email which is only on the ipad we cannot access. We do not need to recover any data. Help.
