Apple One Yearly Subscription

I need to find out a way to make this possible. I have disabled monthly subscriptions on my card because a subscription service which shall not be named here is not only charging me the $25 monthly fee, but a few days later throws out a $60+ charge. If I go directly to Apple support do you think we can work this out?
