How to transfer music to 10+ years old iPod

Hi,

I bought an iPod in 2013. The customer service told me that its too old so best option is to trade it in. I tried to install the oldest iTunes version I could find in my windows laptop, but it does not recognize the device.

iPod Touch

Version: 6.1.6(10B500)

Model: MD057LL/A

I just want to transfer some music into it. Please help
