The markup toolbar no longer shows on my touch bar, the emojis, and typing suggestions too. I checked system settings and typing suggestions are on, all that it's showing is screen brightness, keyboard brightness, and volume controls and it's like it's stuck. It's a MacBook Pro 13" 2020. Can anyone help please?

Did you try shutting down and rebooting...?
