Why is my iPad colours green, purple, and blue on my screen and it keeps on ghosting. All display settings are turned off?

iPad Air 2 issues Need to be fixed. I’ve had this problem since October 21 now it’s February 21 ( it’s been 4 months ) and it’s going to be expensive going to the Apple store to fix it. And I’m just a kid so telling my mom will upset her. It’s happened before but went back to normal. Sometimes the colour comes back but leaves after a while. And instead of things ( which are supposed to be black ) being black on my screen, they are grey. Please help ! I don’t want to go to Apple Store :(
