I just received this and very worried about it…what does it mean? This came across I have never this before? Can you possibly explain? Is it something to be concerned about?

PHP is a scripting language used mostly for creating websites.
MySQL is an open source based relational database.
the error you are seeing has nothing to do with your iPad.
it is a poorly written website and you are seeing an error message meant for the website administrator.
Looks like something the owners of "slotfreebies.com" need to fix on their site.
"Your PHP installation appears to be missing the MySQL" error on my iPad.
