I moved to other country and need to change the region to get new apps from the app store. They said I have to cancel apple music suscription and I did it but still it doesnt let me change the country... why ? what can I do for having this change

The subscription needs to expire entirely. If its cancelled but has not yet expired, you will need to wait until it expires, or contact Apple support directly to have them terminate it, so you can change your Apple ID country.

• Cancel any subscriptions that block a country or region change, and wait until the end of the subscription period.

Even though you have cancelled the subscription, it is still active until the subscription period ends and you can continue to use Apple Music until that time. If you want to remove the service before it ends, you will need to contact Apple directly.
