iPhone's screen colors are negative

Was trying to figure out why I wan's getting landscape view when I turned the Iphone SE horizontal. I went to accessibility - zoom and started tapping with three fingers when the screen colors changed into some kind of negative image. And all the choices are in some kind of grey background .

Vertical pink line appears on iPhone 14 Pro Max after iOS 26 update After a year of purchasing a 14 Pro Max, I noticed display fluctuations. Even though it was barely noticeable, the screen sometimes fades into a light green colour (mostly noticeable on a Black background). But now it crossed the limits, after the updation to iOS 26. My phone turned up a single pink vertical line on most left side of the iPhone. FYI: I don’t run any high-end games/rendering on phone, just normal usage. Settings>Accessibility>Display & Text Size. Check to make sure that both Smart Invert and Classic Invert are turned off.
