So today I went into the Apple Health app and I logged in 200 pounds to see what it does and now I don’t know how to delete it. Does anybody know how to fix this issue?

Open the Health app ➡️ Browse (Bottom Right) ➡️ Body Measurements ➡️ Weight ➡️ Scroll Down to Show All Data: Here you should see the 200LB entry. Swipe Left on that entry and choose Delete.
