Running MacBook Air Sonoma and Trying to add an Epson RX500 printer with USB connection I get:
"An error occurred while trying to add the selected device. successful-ok-ignored-or-substituted-attributes."
How can it be solved?

Your printer is 20 years old and quite likely no longer compatible with newer OS versions. I'd suggest checking their website for it and contact their support to see if their old drivers can be installed onyour OS version. You did not include your device model/year.
