Screen time locks fully unresponsive

Currently using my MacBook Air - I find it ironic that I'm having practically the opposite of the typical reported issue with Screen Time (the limits being too easily bypassable). For me, the issue is that the Screen Time walls hang and do not respond to user input, no matter how long I leave them to be. I first noticed the issue occurring earlier today with Roblox, and went looking online for methods of fixing the issue, none of which worked. I assumed that Roblox was at fault until I tried an automatic uninstaller (CleanMyMac X) which then produced the exact same behavior of hanging on the Screen Time wall. The Screen Time alert is, notably, not the same size as the usual window, either, though this is standard. It's just that now the walls don't respond to clicks at all and the left side of the toolbar at the top of the screen becomes equally unresponsive until a different, unlocked program is focused.
