Private Apple ID email not forwarding emails to main address

hello, I m using a private hide my email address for a second hand selling website and I cannot enter my payment details unless I confirm it using the email they sent to my hide my email Apple ID. The emails are not forwarding to my main email even tho I have the box checked for this option. What should I do?

Hide My Email: emails not being forwarded I have used hide my email to login to an app. Somehow I was able to log into a different app with the same hidden e-mail. Long story short, I am not receiving emails from the app including a digital gift card purchase that I made recently and am unable to access or get a replacement due to this issue. I can’t update the account with a new email address because I cannot receive any emails being forwarded to me. Is there any way to retrieve the emails that were sent to the @privaterelay.appleid.com address? I have searched for possible solutions but have been unable to find an answer for this particular problem.

Apple private relay is not forwarding emails Hi, I registered on Vinted with my Apple ID and i made it private now I need it for a verifacition for my payment and I dont receive any mails in my email, I checked my junk mails and it's not there either. Please help.
