Managing Peacock Account Through Itunes
I signed up for Peacock a couple of years ago and I don't recall how; it was possibly through my cable tv provider (Cox). I received an email from Cox over a year ago stating that Peacock subscribers would be leaving Cox and would have to get their own subscription. I went to my Peacock Account settings and it said that I was billed through Itunes and my account was managed through Itunes. I then contacted Apple Support and they said that they have no record of me having a Peacock account. They also checked the Apple ID of my spouse but still no record of it. I contacted Peacock and they said I would need to speak to Apple.
Basically, Peacock says that my account is with Apple and Apple says it is not, therefore, I have no way to manage or cancel my Peacock account if I ever wanted to. To my knowledge no one is billing me for Peacock but it is still a mystery and I don't want to get a huge bill from someone someday.
