Error at reinstalling OS Ventura

"An error occurred while trying to prepare the installation. Try running this application again"

I did 6x...6x 30 minutes waisted, every time 8 minutes remaining this happens. I have Apple Care, I called them, the senior adviser attention was required who didn't know how to decipher country/area phone number so I just waited, waited....and figured it out by my own.

...on the Mac Studio Ultra M1.

You would need a computer which can be updated to Ventura, and an external Hdd.

Download the OS Ventura from Apple to your application folder.

Find a command line to create external bootable drive, same page on the bottom as the download link where many OS X listed for download. How to download and install macOS - Apple Support (CA)

Reboot the computer, go to Disk Utility erase the internal drive. How to reinstall macOS - Apple Support (CA)

Reboot again and click on the the Install Ventura icon next to the gear icon. Choose your Macintosh HD to install it.

Once installed in the setup options restore information from Time Machine backup, if you had an external drive for Home Folder then once the backup is completed will be back as it was.(If you didn't, open 10 beers will make you feel less sorrow)

Create as many boot drives with supported OS systems on it as many you can on separate external drives before updating new OS, and ALWAYS create 2 backups because something will happen when you need the 1st one. Weekly Time Machine backups to restore your chat, emails, keychans and Carbon Copy Cloner Home Folder backups.
