Noom request refund
I am trying to request a refund on a Noom year plan because this product is not very helpful. According to the support at Noom, I am eligible for a refund but I can only request refund via Apple services.
However, according to Apple services, I am not eligible for a refund despite my claiming for refund twice. It is said that ‘I didn’t meet the conditions for refund’, but these’ conditions are not specified.
I don’t get that why I do satisfy the conditions for refund according to Noom but Apple disagrees. Could someone please help me get the refund? I really appreciate it.
